Customers must ensure that all required delivery details are provided, including the recipient’s full name, complete address, local phone number, and any access codes needed for gated areas or secured buildings. If any information is missing or incomplete, we will still attempt delivery. However, cancellations are not allowed, as each flower arrangement is custom-prepared for the recipient.
If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to incorrect or missing details, we will provide available options such as:
Re-delivery within 1–2 business days (after this period, flowers must be discarded),
Pickup from our local partner florist, or
Delivery to a nearby alternative address.
Please note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the schedule of our local florists.
Additionally, if delivery cannot be completed due to local or national holidays, refunds will not be issued.
